Fire has been an important tool for managing prairie at the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge (FWNC&R). Now the FWNC&R is taking its Fire Program to the next level by integrating ecological health, vegetation & photo monitoring, training, interdepartmental & regional partnerships, & public education. Daniel will cover the history, hurdles & future plans of the FWNC&R Fire Program.
